If you have seen Titus Andronicus, you will know that he is the emperor of Rome and has a lot of power. You will also know that his daughter, Lavinia gets raped by his fioncé’s sons, Demetrius and Chiron and gets her arms chopped off and her tongue cut out. Afterwards, Titus Andronicus finds out what happened to his daughter, ends up going crazy and chops off his own arms. I think that Titus Andronicus is too violent to be taught in school as his actions relate to rape and mutilation. I think that school children are unable to handle this sort of content. I believe that teachers will find this sort of content unsuitable and offensive for their students.

I understand you may believe that Titus Andronicus is a bit crazy in his plays, so i think that he is a bit too violent to be taught in schools. His character might refer to some people as being a mad man or a psychopath. The children in primary school are more likely to be learning about rhymes and poems, not killing and rape.

I believe that he might be a bit gory or cruel, especially when he goes out to war with his many sons and returns back to Rome with only five of them, that’s a bit too violent. He is also mental and crazy as when he gets his two sons heads in a bag, he starts laughing, however when Marcus Andronicus, Titus’s brother squishes a fly at a buffet, he goes absolutely crazy and starts cursing Marcus and shouting at him.

Furthermore, we should consider banning Titus Andronicus from most primary schools as he will be a bit too violent and gory and disrespectful to most students at school.

I think that we must not teach Titus Andronicus to students in primary school as he has prevented a lot of violence during the plays.
